Sidco Spiral Duct Inc. was founded by Sid Rasul, a New Castle School of Trade graduate (Class of 1989) with a hands-on diploma in HVAC. His education wasn't in a classroom alone — it was in ducts, air handlers, and the unforgiving demands of real installations.

Since 2014, Sid and his team have owned and operated a Heating & Air business, accumulating deep, practical experience in spiral duct installations across commercial and industrial environments. That experience shaped every product SIDCO makes.

Where It Began

Sid Rasul graduates from New Castle School of Trades with an HVAC diploma — entering an industry he would spend the next three decades mastering from the ground up.

2014

Heating & Air Business

Sid and his team launch a full Heating & Air contracting company in Memphis. Years of installing spiral duct systems provide irreplaceable field insight and real-world knowledge.
